Welcome to Iron Therapy

About the Gym

Iron Therapy is a PRIVATE training facility (there are no memberships) that I -Brandi Smith – opened in January of 2021. It is a fully equipped gym with a very welcoming and high vibration energy to it. My goal with my private gym is to tie together mind, body, and soul all under one roof and create a positive atmosphere for all of my clientele to grow and better themselves through these aspects.

We have a variety of different strength training equipment and are in process of acquiring some cardio equipment – slowly but surely! There are two unisex changerooms/bathrooms on site and a HUGE, beautiful bay door out the back that we open in the summer to let the fresh air and sunlight in!

I wanted to create a space where my clients come FIRST! My clients are EVERYTHING to me and their success and comfort is my number one goal. Some of the things that I strive for in my gym are:

  • Welcoming feel-good vibes
  • Inclusive atmosphere of all
  • A family feel: we are all here to support and encourage one another
  • Hardworking clients: developing an IRON mentality of I CAN
  • Cleanliness (especially during a pandemic)
  • Proper form and techniques (we all gotta start somewhere) it may not be perfect when you start but with practice you will make progress
  • Supporting other local businesses

Kolby Rae Fit also works out of Iron Therapy. She is the boxing queen extraordinaire with a big heart and an iron will for busting out some intense cardio & conditioning. She is a wonderful human and I am so happy to have her bring something different and unique to the gym.

Some of the other local small businesses that we house are:

  1. Moonlite Elixers: a spiritual/soulful bath product line. Where custom bath salts and other products are created with INTENT under the presence of moon energy. Bringing a ritual and spiritual practice to an everyday activity.
  2. The Pot House Plants: an amazing new business that sells plants in beautiful pots with the cutest little accents. Plants are good for our soul and purify our air, what’s not to love about nature?!
