Meet Our Trainers
Brandi Smith
I’m Brandi, the owner of Iron Therapy!
I’ve been training clients since 2013, started my own business is 2015, and opened Iron in 2021. I have numerous certifications/credentials & awards. Needless to say: I’ve being doing what I love for a very long time. I’m an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder (in the figure division) and the gym runs in my blood.
See my full bio or learn about our gym.
A quick overview though: the gym changes lives. THIS gym changes lives. I love teaching people to believe in themselves, to be stronger, to accept and love themselves as they are but still strive to be better all through lifting weights in the gym. The community at Iron Therapy is one that can’t be matched. Not only do you come here to learn how to lift weights, to push yourself, to better yourself, but you end up gaining an entire gym family with unwavering love, encouragement, and support. This community is everything, it cannot be bought, only built through love, it is priceless. It is everything I wanted when I opened this space and my love and passion is engrained in everything that it holds.
My sessions are filled with education, safety, strength, community, support, encouragement, and most importantly LAUGHTER! Because I believe that if you get to be healthy/fit by doing something that you love alongside people that you love then your journey will last a lifetime, and that is ultimately what we want: fitness is a lifestyle, fitness is a lifetime.
Cheyenne David
I’m Cheyenne David, a certified personal trainer at Iron Therapy.
I’ve been working with clients since March 2023 and have trained under Brandi as my bodybuilding coach since December 2022.
Fitness has always been part of my life, but for a long time I struggled to find a place where I truly felt I belonged. Brandi and Iron Therapy gave me that sense of home, and I’m passionate about offering the same welcoming, supportive environment to my clients—one where they can learn, grow, and gain confidence.
I became a trainer because I wanted to be the person that a younger version of myself needed. My goal is to help you discover your passion for fitness, build sustainable habits, and feel empowered in your body. I strongly believe in self-care in all forms—mental, physical, and emotional—because true progress comes from taking care of the whole person.
Jenna
I’m Jenna, a personal trainer at Iron Therapy. I’ve been working with clients since January 2025 and have been training with Brandi as my coach since 2018.
My wellness journey began in 2014, and I know firsthand what it takes to transform your life. I initially shed 180 pounds and have maintained that since 2016. That experience taught me that real change comes from commitment, consistency, and having the right support system.
I hold a BA in Psychology with International Distinction, and this has shaped how I approach training. I understand that fitness isn’t just physical. It’s deeply connected to our mental health, confidence, and overall well-being. I became a trainer because I want to help and encourage people to become their most confident, healthy, and strong versions of themselves. Your success is my success. When you win, I win. I’m genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be.
What I love most about Iron Therapy is the community we’ve built here. It’s more than a gym; it’s a found family where everyone shows up to support and inspire each other. That’s the environment I’m excited to welcome you into, and I can’t wait to be part of your journey.
